Source: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kPKAVDcCnHYdVzdYFs0QlkU4oPclrnGF/view — Copied from the maker's Betaflight file RUSH_TANK_ULTIMATE_II_SA2.1_48CH.json in the RushFPV VTX Table Drive folder linked from rushfpv.net's Download Center. The 48CH file prints B5 as 5999 inside a band-B ladder reading 5790, 5809, 5828; the same model's 37CH file prints 5809 there, which is what is stored. Values are dBm as the maker's SmartAudio 2.1 file prints them (14 = 25 mW); labels are the file's. RushFPV publishes two files per model: this one and a 37-channel twin (RUSH_TANK_ULTIMATE_II_SA2.1_37CH.json).
Transmitting is only legal on the frequencies and power your country allows; see VTX frequency bands.
Every manufacturer table in the database, with one archive of all the files: VTX table library.

Where this data comes from
frequency_range is the edges of RushFPV's own 48CH Betaflight file in its VTX Table Drive folder (six bands, LOWRACE L1 5362 .. E8 5945 MHz; read again 2026-10-20). The file's B5 cell prints 5999 inside a 5790/5809/5828 ladder; the model's 37CH file prints 5809 there, so 5999 is not an edge. The 37CH US version tunes 5658-5917 MHz. input_voltage, power_draw and power_levels_mw are RushFPV's own spec block ('Item Name: Rush Tank II', 'Input Voltage: 7-36V DC', 'Output Voltage: 5V 1A', '12V Input Current: 40mA@Pitmode, 95mA@25mW, 185mA@200mW, 250mA@500mW, 380mA@800mW', 'Channels: 48CH / 37CH(US VERSION)', 'Power: PIT/25/200/500/800 mW', 'Weight: 6.8g(including cable)'), read 2026-10-25 in the Web Archive copy of 2025-04-21, since the maker's store no longer lists this model; the retail listing prints the same input voltage. power_draw is the VTX's input draw, not its RF output.
